Returns Policy1. Unsatisfactory Goods Ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their shopping experience is extremely important to us. If you receive an item that is faulty, significantly different to the online description or it is not doing what it is supposed to do, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. NB: Please ensure all information is provided to avoid any delays. Returns will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. In special circumstances outside our control (eg: supplier negotiations) where the return is delayed, we will call you immediately. 2. Returning Goods For Any Reason You are welcome to exchange any item for any reason providing you do so within seven days upon receipt of your order.
